"I thoroughly enjoyed today’s training session.  As confronting as it was acknowledging the stressful situations that may arise within the work environment but mostly within our own personal lives, it was highly beneficial to reflect on these life stressors and how we cope within these situations.  The facilitator was amazing, a world of knowledge and experience and clearly is very passionate about what he does and helping people.  I was very impressed!  The training held today was the opposite to what I anticipated and it was focused around looking after our own wellbeing and mindfulness.  I believe the group discussions were very beneficial to our team environment and was a good reminder to all to be kind and considerate to those around us as we never know what someone may be dealing with away from the workplace."

"I genuinely believe that the session was valued and truly beneficial for those in attendance.  I must admit that I was fairly sceptical beforehand.  I couldn’t tell you how many aggressive customer training sessions I have attended in my 20 years of employment (including face-to-face customer service skills & techniques).  However, I went into it with an open mind and was pleasantly surprised to find that the session was tailored more to provide us, the staff, checkpoints & mechanisms to deal with work & life related stressors; in addition to tips around dealing with aggressive customer interactions.  I would recommend this session to everyone whose role involves being at the forefront of customer relations.  This 4 hour session was 100x more beneficial to our staff than more time-consuming, lacklustre and ineffective sessions that the organisation has trotted out these past few years – in my humble opinion."

"This was the best training session I have attended in my time at the organisation.  The contents of the training session are things that we have seen before and could have been presented in a very formal manner.  Instead it was presented in a way that was personal, conversational, current and realistic.  I felt like we all needed a group hug (good thing) when we finished, but it certainly presented the contents that hit home to all of us.  The session was also successful I believe, because of the people who were in the room.  Some raw details and emotions came out – resilience at it’s best!   I also personally said the same to the clinician at the end of the session."

"I enjoyed the training session; it can be confronting opening up about personal issues but there was no probing or pushing for you to divulge anything. The clinician made the training very enjoyable and relatable and it is obvious that he really enjoys what he does!  The interaction from the whole team whom attended today was great and very supportive.  I would thoroughly recommend this training to everyone.  It is a refresher and some of the things I have heard before through previous training courses, but still very insightful."

"I thought it was quite possibly, the best training session that I have attended in my 12 years with the organisation.  The facilitator was relatable and kept it as more of a group chat than a training session.  I would have been happy for it to be an all day workshop. Thoroughly enjoyed.
