Tara has been working in customer service for 11 years and has a Bachelor of Arts. She has an excellent phone manner and is accustomed to working under pressure to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a courteous and friendly manner. She manages our intake team and ensures employees are well supported throughout their EAP experience. Tara is able to assess urgency and often arranges immediate telephone counselling and same day on-site debriefing. She has recently taken on a training role with D’Accord’s newer staff members, as well as assisting with tender writing and strengthening client relations. Tara is an accredited mental health first aider.
With a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and Communication, Jaeme is highly driven to use her skills and experience to assist employees through the EAP intake process. Confident in supporting a person in a time of crisis, Jaeme draws on her non-judgmental regard and respect for confidentiality in order to connect employees with our clinicians. Level-headed and understanding in times of stress, Jaeme can arrange immediate telephone counselling and same day on-site visits. Jaeme also volunteers at lifeline and is an accredited mental health first aider.
Monique is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Social Science, Majoring in Behavioural Studies. Her previous background in the mining and construction sector also puts her in good stead with our clients who come from a similar background. Monique is well equipped to working under pressure whilst maintaining a calm demeanour, which leaves employees feeling well supported through their EAP experience. She has recently transitioned to leading the resourcing of all onsite trauma responses and facilitating other onsite services across the business. Monique is an accredited mental health first aider.
