Critical Incident & Trauma Response
D’Accord can provide critical incident response nationwide. However if it is a rural location there may be some travel involved.
Onsite trauma management services will be provided to staff within 2 hours of the initial phone request in metropolitan areas and within 24-48 hours in regional or remote areas. This response time is 24/7/365. The requesting manager will be keep informed of the process.
All services delivered in relation to critical incident support will be provided by Psychologists who are registered to provide services and have a minimum 5 years experienced in trauma and crisis management services.
After hours, one of our expert consultants will respond immediately to your staff members requiring trauma services.
